§ 32-4. Unauthorized user fees.

Only those persons identified in section 32-2 or those persons who have registered their business within the county or who have been approved by the county manager are authorized entry to and usage of the county solid waste facility and/or the usage of county waste receptacles and/or the usage of county collection systems. If an unauthorized user of these county resources is determined to be in violation of this section, then an unauthorized user disposal fee will be assessed in accordance with section 32-18 plus, if usage caused insertion of hazardous, toxic or other special waste permit product, the unauthorized user will be liable for all costs associated for the subsequent cleanup.
