§ 32-2. Compulsory solid waste collection/recycling and service fees.

Every person owning, controlling or occupying real property or other premises within the county, creating any solid waste, recycling products or composting material is required to receive the refuse collection, removal, recycling and disposal services provided for in this chapter and to pay such refuse collection, recycling, removal and disposal fees as are established or provided for in section 32-18.
