§ 32-11. Prohibited scattering or disposal of solid waste.

No person shall scatter, throw, place, dispose of or deposit solid waste in or upon any sidewalk, street, open space, alley, storm sewer, street gutter or any other area within the confines of the county. Any person violating this section will be levied a fee as noted in section 32-18 and shall be subject to the penalties provided for in section 1-8 of this Code.
