§ 30-85. Non-competitive service.

The non-competitive service shall be comprised of:

(1)

The manager;

(2)

Any deputy or assistant manager;

(3)

Any department head;

(4)

The county attorney;

(5)

Any assistant county attorneys;

(6)

The utilities manager; and

(7)

Any deputy utilities manager.
