§ 2-81. Annual budget.

The manager shall, on or before March 31 each year, prepare and submit to the council a proposed budget for the ensuing fiscal year. The budget shall be accompanied by a budget message that shall show comparison with the current fiscal year revised estimates, and shall show projections for the fiscal year following the budget year. The manager shall be responsible for the administration of the adopted budget.
