§ 20-366. Aquatic center gift fund.

  • (a)

    The county manager or designee is authorized to establish the aquatic center gift fund which, together with any interest or earnings therefrom, shall be used exclusively for the benefit of the aquatic center.

    (b)

    The fund shall be used to administer any money given as a gift, donation or bequest to the aquatic center for the purposes of therapeutic programs at the aquatic center, for passes for low-income county residents' use of the aquatic center and for such other purposes which would not otherwise be funded.

    (c)

    The fund shall be administered by the county manager or designee in accordance with an approved administrative policy.
