§ 8-282. Members, terms and qualifications.

(a)

The transportation board shall regularly be composed of seven members. Members shall serve for two-year terms beginning on March 1 and ending on February 28.

(b)

The traffic engineer, or a designee, shall be technical advisor of the transportation board, but shall have no vote. The chief of police or a designee, and those county employees designated by the council with approval of the county manager, shall serve the transportation board in an advisory capacity, without vote.
