§ 8-5. Meetings.

(a)

All board and commission meetings shall be conducted pursuant to the guidelines provided in the county's annual resolution related to the New Mexico Open Meetings Act.

(b)

All county boards or commissions may utilize county facilities for their meetings, hearings, and other deliberations, subject to the approval of the county manager.

(c)

Each board or commission established by the county council shall meet regularly as necessary.
