§ 4-72. Budget.

  • The airport manager shall prepare an annual LAM budget for review and approval by the county manager and county council. The budget shall identify all anticipated expenses related to the operation of LAM and shall include, but not be limited to, any proposed capital improvements. In addition, the budget shall identify any anticipated general revenues obtainable from the operation of LAM throughout its duration. All fees and revenue sources shall be established and reviewed on an annual basis.
