§ 4-35. Operations manager.

The county manager may, subject to applicable laws, regulations and county code provisions, contract for the daily operations management of LAM, or assign such management to a county employee. The duties, obligations and authority of a contracted operations manager shall be clearly stated in a contract and may include those duties conferred herein upon the airport manager.
