§ 4-33. Operations plan.

The airport manager shall on an annual basis promulgate an operations plan for review and approval by the county manager and county council. The plan shall include, but not be limited to, any proposed amendments to the rules and regulations set out in this chapter as well as other recommendations that will provide for the safe and efficient use of LAM.
