§ 38-755. Camping permits; issuance by the county; fees; contents; restrictions.

Camping permits shall be issued by county personnel authorized by the county manager. A fee of $10.00 per day for Camp May Recreation Area and Entrance Park, and $20.00 per day for White Rock Visitor Center parking area shall be paid to the county for camping permits. Each permit shall contain the dates for which it is valid, and shall identify the vehicle license number of the camping vehicle for which it is issued. If the camping is by tent, the vehicle license number shall be that of a vehicle of an occupant of the tent. No camping permit shall be issued for any camping vehicle or tent for more than 14 calendar days in any consecutive 30-day calendar period, except that camping in a special event camping area shall be limited to the dates of the associated special events.
