§ 38-503. Crashes and crash reports.

  • Any operator of an off-highway motor vehicle involved in a crash resulting in injuries to or the death of any person, or resulting in damage to public or private property to the extent of $500.00 or more, shall immediately notify a police officer or the police department of the crash and the facts relating to the crash. If the driver is under the age of 18, the driver's parent or legal guardian shall immediately notify a police officer or the police department of the crash and the facts relating to the crash.
