§ 38-91. Maximum penalty.

Latest version.

Unless another penalty is expressly provided in this chapter or as otherwise provided by state law, every person convicted of a violation of any provision of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500.00 or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
