§ 34-60. Excavation or turnout construction fee and deposit.

(a)

A $275.00 inspection fee will be charged for each excavation or turnout construction permit as required in this article.

(b)

In addition to the inspection fee, if the county property is not restored to the engineer's satisfaction, the permittee shall either repair the property or compensate the county for the cost of the damage.
