§ 31-171. Selection of construction management.

The project manager shall have discretion to:
(a)

Select the appropriate method of construction management for a particular project. In determining which method to use, the project manager shall consider the county's requirements, its resources, and the potential contractor's capabilities;

(b)

Select which method of solicitation for construction management applies for a particular project, either as a single-step or multi-step RFP as in section 31-102(a), or as an RFQ in section 31-102(b).
