§ 30-97. Appointment; other methods.

(a)

A vacancy may be filled by the reinstatement of any former probationary or regular employee who resigned in good standing, provided, after appropriate announcement and publication, that the manager certifies that such former employee is qualified to fill the position.

(b)

A vacancy may be filled by the transfer of an employee in accordance with the personnel rules and regulations.
