§ 30-102. Voluntary resignation.

  • The voluntary resignation of an employee may be accepted without prejudice. If the employee has given insufficient notice, the voluntary resignation will be accepted with prejudice. If the employee resigns to avoid termination or other disciplinary action, the voluntary resignation may be accepted with prejudice as determined by the county manager or utilities manager. If a resignation is accepted with prejudice, the employee shall not be eligible for reinstatement and will be so notified.
