§ 28-112. Minors in licensed premises.

  • (a)

    No minor shall enter and remain in the premises of any legally licensed liquor establishment without lawful business in the premises or except when accompanied by his parent, guardian, adult spouse or an adult person into whose custody he has been committed for the time by some court, who is actually, visibly and personally present at the time the minor enters and remains on the premises listed in this subsection.

    (b)

    As used in this section, the term "minor" means any person less than 21 years of age.

    (c)

    Any minor who violates this section is in violation of this Code and, upon conviction, shall be sentenced in accordance with section 1-8 of this Code.
