§ 28-110. Presenting false evidence of age or identity.

  • (a)

    No minor shall present any written, printed or photostatic evidence of age or identity that is false to any lawfully licensed liquor establishment for the purpose of procuring or attempting to procure any alcoholic beverages.

    (b)

    As used in this section, the term "minor" means any person less than 21 years of age.

    (c)

    Any minor who violates this section is in violation of this Code and, upon conviction, shall be sentenced in accordance with section 1-8 of this Code.
