§ 28-101. Disorderly conduct.

It is unlawful to:
(1)

Engage in violent, abusive, boisterous, unreasonably loud or otherwise disorderly conduct, or use indecent or profane language which tends to disturb the peace;

(2)

Engage in any fight or use any blows or violence toward another in an angry or quarrelsome manner in any public place; or

(3)

Maliciously disturb or threaten any house occupied by any person.
