§ 26-46. Eligibility for certain benefits.

The municipal judge shall be eligible to participate in all county group insurance plans and the Section 457 Plan. The municipal judge shall not accrue or qualify for any form of county paid leave including, but not limited to, holiday pay, annual, administrative, military, personal or sick leave.
