§ 22-111. Fireworks.

Latest version.

The permitting use, storage, transportation, sale, possession and display of all fireworks shall meet the requirements of the Fireworks Licensing and Safety Act, NMSA 1978 §60-2C-1 et seq. and such other requirements as are imposed in the adopted codes.
