Whenever the AHJ determines that there has been a violation of this Code, or the adopted
codes a written notice shall be issued to the alleged violator. Any notice served
shall comply with the requirements of the adopted codes and shall also set forth both
the specific provision of law which has been violated and the potential penalties.
Enforcement shall be pursuant to the powers, authorities, penalties and provisions
prescribed in the general provisions of the County Code.
