§ 16-283. Satellite dish antenna.

(a)

In all R, MU, and P-D districts, satellite dish antennas shall be an accessory use and shall comply with all site development requirements of this Code.

(b)

In all C, M, P-L, P-O, R&D, W and H districts, satellite dish antennas shall be a special use, requiring a public hearing before the planning and zoning commission prior to the issuance of the special use permit.
