§ 14-79. Community service director or designee responsibility.

Under the direction of the community services director or designee, the parks staff shall be responsible for the following:
(1)

Maintaining cemetery grounds;

(2)

Providing cemetery services;

(3)

Enforcing the provisions of all ordinances adopted by the council for operation of the cemetery.
