§ 12-72. County liquor license; eligibility.

County licenses shall be issued only to persons holding a valid retailer's, dispenser's, club, craft distiller's, small brewer's or restaurant license issued by the state under the provisions of the Liquor Control Act, NMSA 1978, § 60-3A-1 et seq.
